Privacy

This page explains what the website collects and what the office does with it. It describes the website, not the confidential information you share with a lawyer once you’ve been engaged.

What we collect

If you write to the office, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone, the date on your letter and your message. Like most websites, ours also records basic visit data, such as the pages viewed and the type of device.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you and to decide whether the office can help. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for advertising. Visit data is used to keep the site working.

Who sees it

Your message goes to Leontine Merrow and anyone who helps run the office. Service providers that host the site or deliver email may handle it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent. Write to leontine@merrowlawoffice.com or call the office.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page.
